Directional Light intensity issue

Ive been trying to fix this for quite a long time but I dont have any idea.
I have this scene

I want to create a correct intensity of 75.000 lux in the scene. But light gets burnt everywhere. I dont have any postproccess volume activated. Only 1 skylight and 1 skyatmosphere, both with default values.

I tried copying the values of Time of day level which comes with 4.25 and uses this lux value without a problem. Any other option I have to change for correcting this?
