Diffuse Power Input

Hi, I was wondering if Unreal 4 has a Diffuse power like UDK has, for me is a good way to start edint the material since this input should control my contrast between BaseColor and Ambient Oclusion!

UE4 uses a Physically Based Rendering System which uses a combination of Metallic, Specular and Roughness settings to determine how the material will function when light hits it. A Diffuse Power as it was used in UDK would negate the Physically Based Rendering system.
