Different Post Process settings for different objects

Hello! I am making a space scene including the Sun, the Earth, and the Moon. What I want to achieve is to have a separate convolution bloom in Post Process for the Sun and the standard one for the dark side of the Earth with the night lights. I know about custom depth and stencil but it doesn’t seem to be the solution since I don’t know if it is even possible to insert bloom effect into a post-process material. Can it be done and how?
