Difference between Lighting Types when rendering.

Hello, I’m currently placing a lot of lights in a map for a little short film I#m working on. Since I’m only placing stationary lights they are cancelling each other out ( at least I think thats what the little red cross next to the light symbol means).

So I was wondering how much this will affect my renderings and how much affect the different lighting types ( static, stationary, moveable ) have when simply rendering with the movie render queue. I read through the documentation and to my understanding i shouldnt really matter to much.
