Did 4.19 change bloom or tonemapper? My glowing things are not so glowy anymore.

Just wanted to check if anyone else had their bright glowy things looking very different after a 4.19 update?
I seem to still have a small amount of glow but not at all like it was earlier. Especially the more saturated red neon strips used to be bright hot. Now they look orange.

Did anyone else get this?

what version are you comparing to? there was a major change back in 4.15 to ACES

From 4.18 to 4.19.
It looked good in 4.18 for me. Now it looks to me like its using the old tonemapper or something.
