Hello! I’ll add this feature in v1.5. You can choose input mode “UIOnly” or “GameAndUI”. GameAndUI allows not lose control of your character.

• Skipping audio

• Timer in Wait for an answer nodes. (Open picture in full size. In Example Timer node is a TextBlock widget. Don’t forget to change timer value in some Wait for an answer node in Behavior Tree)

• New blueprint nodes

• Widget now can be a WidgetComponent type. So now we can show dialogues in 3D space, not only on the screen!

Just tried the input mode, i can still move, but my camera still locks up? Is it possible to retain full control?

Hello! It’s problem of focusing on widgets. If you click and move cursor, your camera will work.

Unfortunately there is no way to get focus on a widget and move camera at the same time. If don’t set focus on a widget, you can move camera, but can’t click on an answer. To be precise you can, but it will be 2 clicks: 1st - gets focus(and from this moment you cant move your camera), 2nd - click on an answer.
With gamepad it works good.

Hm, might be using WidgetComponent insted of UserWidget can solve your problem? Try it

Are you using the latest plug-in? That won’t work with 4.9
