Summary
In the UEFN editor and in Creative playtest, the map works correctly. All devices (triggers, targets, teleporters, counters, sequencers, etc.) react instantly.
After the map is published and played using an island code (private or public), a serious bug appears:
Devices are active but react with a very long delay
Every interaction (for example shooting a target, activating a trigger, or pressing a button) happens only after up to 20 seconds
If you trigger something multiple times, all actions are delayed and then happen at the same time after up to 20 seconds
This happens again with every interaction
The bug affects all device types, no matter how many are used, how they are set up, or how big the map is

Steps to Reproduce
Create a UEFN map with devices, for example: when you enter a zone, you are teleported. Test it in UEFN.
Publish the map.
Play it via island code.
Enter the zone.
Expected Result
Devices respond instantly, just like in the UEFN editor and Creative session.
Observed Result
Devices are active but respond with about a 20-second delay.
If multiple interactions happen quickly, all actions execute together after 5-20 seconds (sometimes it reacts faster)
This happens with all device types, every time.
