Summary
When playing 2 player some things are not on screen and when used they freeze the game and we have to return to lobby because we are completely frozen as things not completely on screen are unusable. Only happens on 2 player and is extremely annoying and ruining the experience. Please fix the main screen and HUD for 2 player.

Steps to Reproduce
Play 2 player on one console. In Rich city or the road drive FFA and try to fast travel or bring up the phone. Because it is not completely on screen it can’t be used or closed leaving you basically frozen.
Expected Result
Will freeze you in place not allowing any other action to be done. Forcing you to return to lobby because the device is not completely on screen.
Observed Result
Frozen screen with inability to do anything or close devices that have been opened because they are not completely on screen.
