device is invisible in my map and i cannot use it

Summary

I placed object layers to put weapons there, except that it appears correctly in UEFN but not at all in the game. I even tried with triggers, etc., but nothing appears in the game. it seems to be a more complicated problem to solve I started a session I tried to place a device on the map directly in fortnite but I can’t even preview it and when I try to place it with the phone, nothing happens.

I can only see the device in the UEFN but not when I start a session or when I am in the game in creation and I cannot use it as the object placer where I place weapons inside

The boxes around the items look a bit deeper red than the ones I’m using which look a paler red/orange, unless its just the background vs mine making them look different it could indicate something

I assume your settings aren’t really an issue, since the model should be showing anyway,

There could be a limit to the device, after which they start to fail.
I have a map with about a hundred of them, maybe more and that was OK.

For the placers I’ve only used Model, but yours are set to icon, maybe the 2D can’t be as close to a wall, even though you can see the back of the icons red box, have you tried moving them forward a bit ?

The model your using for the wall see if changing the collision mesh complexity setting helps, because of the shape it could have a different collision mesh which is engulfing the item placers positions.

Its strange how he has no visual hologram/device when he has it enabled on his phone tool.

Are you using a skyshere thing idk what its called but it could be messing with certain material params inside the sphere if you are ?

Could be a setting in fortnite too im not sure if changing setting to low ect remove the textures
