Hi, first post here. Although I’ve searched the forums for solutions a few times before I haven’t figured this one out yet.
I’ve done this animation in UE 5.2.1:

As you can see, there’s a very low resolution DOF effect at the beginning of the video. I’ve tried many things but haven’t found the solution yet. The thing is I believe I wasn’t having this issue until recently… I’m sure I’ve messed up some of the settings somewhere (antialiasing samples of some sort).
Same problem can be found in this other video: https://youtu.be/w3n2rkBOvsk?si=9P7FroY837IquDi_
Other than this, I love how easy and powerful it is to animate directly in Sequencer.
One other thing I wanted to mention is that I spent way too long trying to figure out and searching for the solution to another problem I was having: Render Queue wasn’t rendering shadows on my Skeletal Mesh. I found out the solution in these forums, after looking for hours. Apparently the “Compute Skin Cache” (in project settings) memory allocated by default is not enough to render shadows in my scene (maybe morph targets were consuming a lot of that memory… what do I know? )
Anyway, someone solved that issue and saved my life, so thank you!
Thanks for your help.
