Summary

When you delete a spline road, it requires push changes to update live edit. Most of assets that are deleted from UEFN require no pushing for changes, which is why I think this is a time consuming thing to have, especially for memory optimization.

Steps to Reproduce

Place a spline road
Launch live edit
Delete spline road from UEFN

Expected Result

Live edit still stays synced

Observed Result

Live edit desyncs and requires change to be pushed
