Define matchmaking algorithm

I have an island that is not playable alone, so I would like players to join the HIGHEST POPULATED servers primarily regardless of their ping (with a maximum of 100/150 ping I’d say)

I don’t know how the matchmaking is done server-side so it’s hard for me to predict what will happen but I’ve already joined servers with a few players (which is not what I want for my mod)

The only value we can edit is the “max player” island setting but it doesn’t guarantee that it will actually reach this amount before creating another server (should I increase this number to a higher number as a workaround ?)

If we had a simple parameter to control how servers are filled, it would be great. (in my case it’s kinda important)
