I’ve follow this tutorial numerous times : A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums
Im able to compile the dedicated server but not run the dedicated server … i get an error attach is the error im getting…
I have development client build and a development server build…the client works with no problem but when i run the server -log i get this error .

i’ve even follow the steps in http://allarsblog.com/2015/11/06/Support-Dedicated-Servers/ and i still get errors …

Also i guess i should mention that im using STEAM not sure if it helps …
