Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load Creative with 2 players
  2. Go to an island
  3. Make sure your island settings have DBNO disabled
  4. Eliminate a player and observe them respawning
  5. Get a decoy grenade and throw it
  6. Now eliminate a player and observe them going into DBNO

Expected Result

After using a decoy grenade, players eliminated behavior should not change

Observed Result

After using a decoy grenade, players will be put into DBNO when eliminated
