Guys How Can I prevent the decals on the clearcoat also having the clearcoat effect on it? Any decal from bullet holes to paint damage I try to spawn looks like it’s underneath the clearcoat

sort order wouldn’t work? higher sort order of decals (say -1) to clearcoat layer (say -2). Or flipped since I read that translucency prioritizes sort order from back to front.
Changing the decal’s sort order doesn’t do anything. I am not sure how to change the sort order of the clearcoat tho?
