Dealing with different player Heights in VR

I feel a little embarrassed asking about this Topic this late in the game of How far I have come as VR Dev, But As a solo dev who has been building Projects that nobody else has been able to use Its a subject that I have never had to think about. But now that situation has changed and I would Like to open up a topic On how people are dealing with the different player heights from kids to 6ft + people In multiplayer. I thought I could just scale each player but then that would create a different tactical advantage between players being able to see over walls when others could not. and also would create a situation with held weapons also needing to be scaled to fit the scaled player’s hands.
None of this is an appealing solution to me.
So I came across these nodes where you can scale the world for each player keeping them all A consistent size, But I am concerned about the implications of doing this for multiplayer, and how it might cause issues. So Im asking the VR community how they are solving this issue and chip in with some advice and solutions
