Even though Down But Not Out (DBNO) is disabled in island settings, players are getting knocked after taking damage.

Steps to Reproduce

Load into experience (8579-5822-2717). When you are a “Default” and get shot by a Sheriff you will knocked down (DBNO).

Expected Result

Player gets eliminated when shot.

Observed Result

Player gets knocked and can be revived.
