Day sequence device sunlight rotation doesn't match between editor viewport and edit session/game

Summary

The new 32.00 updates to the Day Sequence device may have inadvertently messed with the Sunlight rotation Z and X parameter calculations, causing a lack of parity between in editor view and in game result. See video link please

Steps to Reproduce

1 -Place down Day Sequence Device
2- Set to Fixed Time
3- Enable Sunlight
4- Adjust Sunlight Rotation Z parameter
5- View in EDIT MODE or GAME MODE that their is a lack of parity between editor view and in game sun rotation and shadows

Expected Result

Matching lighting between UEFN editor and Live session in Fortnite

Observed Result

Sunlight rotation doesn’t match between the 2 platforms, in edit mode and in game.
