You can change digit delimeter in regional settings in control panel as described above.

It also worked for me.
I’m spanish and I didn´t have to change the regional format, I just changed the symbol, and works fine.
Solution worked like a charm. Thank you guys.
The 5.3.2 version of the 3dsMax datasmith exporter that was released today should fix the issue.
