Since Data Layers were patched in a recent release, I can open connected sessions and play the game but can’t open new Private Islands. At the start of the 2nd Round when unloading Round 1 Data Layers and loading round 2 Data Layers, FPS Drops significantly for a few seconds. I’m blocked from releasing updates at this point. Please help!

Steps to Reproduce
Load project in UEFN and Launch Session. Start game and play through Round 1 (or use built in shortcut - see video). Watch FPS when Round 2 starts. End game. Launch Memory calculation from UEFN. Memory Calculation successful. Attempt to open Private Island code in-game (will not load). Submit version for approval with no changes to name, description, assets, rating, or attributions.
Expected Result
Round 2 starts with no FPS drop. Private Island loads and is playable. Submission is approved.
Observed Result
Round 2 starts with a 1-2 second massive drop in FPS. Private Islands codes since the Data Layer patch are unloadable, but connected UEFN+Fortnite Creative sessions work fully and are playable. Submissions since patch are all rejected. I’ve been guessing it’s the FPS but moderation has been less than clear on the issue.
I resubmitted this afternoon/evening with release 69 and was approved. Unfortunately, just like Private Versions, the Published game will not load, but instead seems to timeout at 5% loading (see video).
FWIW I tried publishing a version today and the game will still not load in Private or Published versions. Begins downloading and seems to time out at 6% then throws the Matchmaking Error (#2).

The Public Version was rejected because the game will not load.
1.14 Stay within Spec Requirements - Make sure the islands you are creating do not cause server issues, intentionally or not. Frame rates should stay above 30 FPS. Islands must be playable across all platforms supported by Fortnite, for example, islands can’t be limited to mobile only.

It works just fine in a UEFN connected session. Let me know what you need to troubleshoot and I’ll send it right over. Thanks!
