Trying to figure out how to realistically throw a dart in VR. I know I have to add force and work with the angular velocity but I’m struggling with the set up.
Have a look at the projectile movement component. It has all the physics figured out for you. All you need is the initial velocity vector, which you can take from the Motion Controller at the time of release.
Nice! Thanks for the reply, this looks like it will give me exactly what I need. So in the projectile BP would I just cast to the motion controller, get its velocity and multiply that by the initial speed of the projectile movement?
