Summary
This glitch started occurring in early January of 2026.
Basically, the Creative 1.0 phone’s ability to cut and paste blocks and function cooperatively is broken. When attempting to select multiple props and then cut/paste those props to a new location, the original prop remain in two locations and duplicate.
The cutting and paste option is working more like the copy and paste function.
Additionally, when working with others and cutting a pasting the props, they can only see the original position of the props, not where you cut and paste the props to in their new location.
For example, if I moved a tree prop to the left by cutting and pasting it, the prop will be to the left for me, but for my friend, they still see it where it originally came from until we relaunch creative.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch a Creative 1.0 match.

Join an island and place down a few dozen props or music tiles. Select all the props or multiple props and cut and paste them to a new location nearby.

Observe as they duplicate on some props, while others tend to move correctly.

For replicating the glitch for multiple players, have on player cut and paste the props while the other watches. The props should not move for the observer.

Reset the creative match and load back in to see that the props have moved.
Expected Result
Props should be expected to cut and paste with duplication or leaving remnants in the old location. When cut and paste, it should move the props to a new location.
Observed Result
Actual result shows the duplication of props and how visually, the props aren’t processed through a cut and paste function. It acts more like a copy and paste function.
