Cutting a Mesh using blueprint construction script and Filling the inner areas of the mesh

Hello Forum members, I primarily work in archViz and I would like to cut / slice static mesh actors and animate the cut/slice in sequencer. → Screen shot A: is the model I am trying to cut, however, the cut area is not filled
→ Screen shot B: Is the effect I am trying to achieve

Can anyone point me in the right direction, or provide a solution?
