Hello I uploaded a custom map for Fortnite made with UEFN. The release went well and many people were playing all day long. But there are no stats displaying at all on Fortnite.gg. Never had this issue before with other levels I created.
FortniteGG is not an official epic product/site the bug reports here are aimed for fortnite itself. But if I’m not mistaken fortnite.gg only starts tracking when it becomes aware of the island’s existence so you would’ve needed to search it once on their site or it should surface up in discovery/browse
It is working now properly. Once I did an update to the level 24 hours later, the stats appeared. I lost all the Stats for the first day tho. With previous new islands I’ve released it always appeared right away, no delay.
Initially, I uploaded the level in Creative as “Unlisted”, then @ release time I uploaded a new version and changed it to “Listed”. I feel like the “Unlisted” moniker somehow didn’t get removed fully for some reason.
Unlisted or Listed doesn’t mater because as I said Fortnite.gg is not an official tool and thus it’s not aware of the islands existence to run its players playing checks on it every like 10 mins when you searched it up thats when it was added to the database
