I followed your tutorial: How to implement new vehicles with the physic vehicle project. (unreal engine 4)(Blueprint) - YouTube and this is what I got:
You did not tick the âWheels onto vehicle meshâ Checkbox. So the blueprint spawned and attached new wheels.

OK, it seems that the body joint scale was exported from Maya with a value of 10 and couldnât be changed in UE without messing up. I fixed that, and got the car running⌠just barely. It needs ridiculous suspension settings and even then itâs still struggling to go: https://youtu.be/sTrxCeIguT8
try adjusting the center of mass offset. for most vehicle the value I put for the camaro is gonna be way too much. And the cars does seem to be insanely front-heavy in that video.
Having issue getting the Headlights to come on⌠Do you have any documentation about each aspect or of the Blueprints?
Hey, this is really cool by the way, but why have you done the collision the way you have. I canât get any static meshes to have collision with the wheels I have a loop and bank curves for a track. Is there no way to use your set up here with static meshes for tire collision?

You mean use a static meshâs collision for the wheels? or that the wheel does not collide with static meshes? as for using a cylinder collision from a static mesh, no matter how much polygons the cylinder has, the collision wont ever be round enough and will cause major jumping at high speed.
I think I mean static collision for the wheels when the car hits the ramp the wheels go through but not the body. I sort of have it working with the Drivable car Package from the marketplace but I think youâre right itâs really hard to get it so it just doesnât bounce off the ramp at his speed messing around with the collision bodies seems to help. I have it working. The ramp material needs to have a physics material. Thanks for your help. I really like your work itâs much more elaborate then the one I paid 30 bucks for.

Also, I tried changing the car in the project you provided but I am unable to because the tires in my car is already rigged and the auto span tires in your project is conflicting I guess.
âWheels onto meshâ its a checkbox in the settings. It uses the wheels that are onto the vehicle mesh instead of spawning new ones.
The Mill BLACKBIRD, some one are working with this model of project for cars?
