Summary
Hello, so I have been trying to make an NPC for my custom UEFN map following this tutorial step by step: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7RCs2csyL4&source_ve_path=NzY3NTg&embeds_referring_euri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bing.com%2F&embeds_referring_origin=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bing.com
But no matter how much closely I follow it I am unable to get the same result as the Npc moves and has the correct model but does not animate.
Even when using an official Epic Games model (Like the Jawa model from the Star Wars Brand Island) the character is still stuck not animating

Aka: The basic steps to make a NPC custom character so:
2 IkRigs, One is the Fn Mannequinn the Other is the custom character
Generate for both of them the Retarget Chains then the Ik’s
1 Ik retargeter, put in the source the FN mannequin IkRig in the target the custom model Rig
Adjust till they are roughly in the same position
Place down a NPC spawner, create the definition
Cosmetic, custom character, then you create the blueprint where you import the skeletal mesh and finally you select your retargeter
Expected Result
The Character animates fully
Observed Result
The Character slides without animating (The weapons animate but the character is stays still in it’s default pose)
