Summary
Hello.
I’ve made a map with a custom Base material and I wanted to add custom grass foliage. I watched a Youtube tutorial and made a Static mesh of a grass foliage, but whenever I try to paint the mesh it shows the default UE5 texture instead of the custom static mesh.
In the Youtube videos comments section allot of people also had that issue, and the creator responded with the same message, that in the grass texture there is a “Foliage” option which you can turn on, But I couldn’t find that option anywhere aswell as the rest of the people having the issue. People tried to reply, but the creator hasn’t responded.
Is there any way to fix this issue?
