Summary
Using the sword you get in the Overwatch chests you open in Battle royal (was a sword from past seasons as well). For some reason the game got stuck on that weapon and I could NOT change to one of my other weapons or healing items. This means I could not change to my shotgun for close in fighting. I could not change to the fists to close or escape. I could not change to the Mercy healing staff. I was stuck on the SWORD and that knocks players away which is part of the use of the sword, but when your ability to then charge at them with the sword is drained, it knocks players away and then I am exposed because I cannot change to a different weapon!!!
Oh and your in game reporting is USELESS!!! You cannot explain all of that with in game reporting. The screenshot is always AFTER THE FACT and then you ask us to download, install, and sign up for third party apps like Discord or Reddit where we have to expose ourselves to cyber bullies that your corrupt moderators do NOTHING about and often delete posts because your system is so confusing on where we post and so hard to find the bug reporting post for the right thing. A moderator deleted a bug post because I reported it under Creative Bugs instead of battle royal bugs, but he did not offer any suggestion on how to find that one. When I search I get an old posrt saying to report it in game or a link to a 404 llamas not found. I only found this forum after reading a comment that corrected the link! But do you see what I mean by how pathetic your bug reporting is?! It really makes me think that you do not care about improving the game or listening to the customers who have invested Hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the game through purchasing V-bucks or signing up for the monthly Crew.
You do not even have the right tags and such here. So watch you delete this LEGITIMATE glitch that occured and just ignore it!!!

Steps to Reproduce
I do not know how to reproduce it! it just happened in game. The normal way to switch your weapon simply was not working and I was stuck on the sword and I could not switch to the other weapons I had!!!
Expected Result
I expect you to FIX this glitch so I can play normally and not get stuck on a single weapon!!!
Observed Result
I got eliminated because the sword ran out of the three charges it has and so when I struck the player it knocked him away leaving me exposed and unable to switch to my pistol, shotgun, the fists, or my Mercy Healing Staff!!!

Additional Notes
I do not have video or screenshots. I was engaged with a player and I should not have to do all that work for you. Your DEVS should have properly tested and you should provide a proper in game reporting that will automatically send the replat of the match and allow us to type in what actually happened. Your in-game bug reporting is a JOKE!.
