Cube Grid at Run time

I’m interested in giving players the ability to spawn and save grid based maps. Cube grid has all of that functionality, and way more! Is there a way to expose those function(s) and allow the player to use them at run time? Baring that, what section(s) of the engines source should I be digging into, that relates to cube grid? Could just hack the code into spaghetti and reapply it into the game, but that seems off (… also Im kinda bad at C++)
