Ctrl R and Shift Ctrl R cannot be bound to hotkeys after last update

Summary

I used Ctrl R to replace actors with the ones I have in content browser, but after update this doesnt work, and ctrl shift R either. It just gives an error message about data layers now (seems that key was bound to an action that is not exposed in UEFN).

Steps to Reproduce

Open editor hotkeys
Find Replace Actor
Set it to Ctrl R
Place any FN object in the scene
Select another in the content browser
While you have the viewport enabled, press Ctrl R

Expected Result

Actor gets replaced with the one in the content browser

Observed Result

Nothing happens. Popup notification on bottom right about data layers

I think the issue is with the Place Actor and Replace Selected Actor with functions as mentioned in the following bug report.

"Place Actor" and "Replace Selected Actors with" feature no longer works.

Summary Tested on multiple projects at this point, restarted, and have also verified my files. When you try to use it, it will say “There is no External data layer associated to Plugin [Insert name].
