CTRL-L not working correctly (no more rotation of the sun)

wth are you talking about, there are no such option anywhere

Make sure you’re in Selection mode (Shift + 1)
Click the Directional light in the Outliner
Make sure the Select objects tool is selected or press Q
Hold ctrl + L and move your mouse in the viewport

Also you need to move the mouse while Ctrl+L is held down. If you hit Ctrl+L and then try to move, it won’t work, it didn’t for me.
