I’m trying to render a 180 degree scene at a large scale (roughly 12k).
I haven’t been able to find a way to render a square 180, so my current workflow is rendering a 2:1 360 (currently the biggest I’ve managed is 16k x 8k) and then cropping it to just the middle 1:1 section in after effects.
This means my resolution out of UE5 is limited because I’m needing to render an unnecessary amount of extra pixels just to later be cut off in AE, and due to having to work at such a huge scale After Effects hates me as well.
If I change my output from UE5 to 1:1 then the 360 just gets squashed.
I just need to essentially render only the middle 1:1 straight out of UE5 to save all the extra gnarly stuff
