When “Join in Progress” is set to “Spawn next round” players still spawn before the next round when they join, they are supposed to spectate until the next round starts, instead they spawn as soon as they join.
Steps to Reproduce
Set “Join in Progress” to “Spawn next round”
Start a match
Have another player join in progress after the round starts
Expected Result
Player joining in progress should spectate until the next round starts
Observed Result
Player joining in progress spawns right away before the next round starts

3729-0643-9775 - Already did a temporary work around in this island so it cant be used for testing this bug.
Unfortunately this completely ruined our map, no workaround can be found for maps that have spawn pads in the arena.
“we tried to disable gameplay spawn pads few seconds after the game starts and enable new spawn pads that are inside of a damage volume… but the player still spawns in the disabled spawn pads… we also tried to do damaging event for joining player… and that also didn’t seem to work… making it impossible to fix, the join in progress option is fully broken… even if you put the option to spectate… the player will still spawn”
Same issue, just spent an hour trying to solve this, my map is new and thought it was a bug in my map, tried everything I could think of…then searched and found this post…ugh.
