Critical: UEFN Session Disconnect "Server stopped responding" after Latest Update

Summary

Following today’s engine update, we are completely unable to successfully launch a live edit session for our project. The player spawns but cannot move (though the local camera can still be moved freely). Shortly after, the client disconnects with the error: “Server stopped responding to connection. FailedToConnect (errors.com.epicgames.common.processing)”. This issue persists across multiple PCs and even on previously stable snapshots (including yesterday’s published version).

Steps to Reproduce

Open the project in UEFN (Current version).

Attempt to launch a Live Edit session from the editor.

Wait for the client to load and the player character to spawn in the level.

Attempt to move the character (Observe that only the camera moves, the pawn is frozen).

Wait a few moments for the forced disconnect and the error screen.

Expected Result

The Live Edit session launches successfully, the server registers pawn possession, and the player has full movement and input control to test the level.

Observed Result

The character spawns but receives no movement replication/control from the server (only local camera movement works). After a short delay, the client is forced back to the lobby with the error: “Server stopped responding to connection. FailedToConnect (errors.com.epicgames.common.processing)”.
