UEFN maps are not granting any kind of EXP

They do, It just takes some time for you to recieve it.

What’s the Difference between a UEFN map with an Xp icon and one with no Xp Icon?

it it doesn’t have an XP icon, i don’t think it grants XP

You need to add accolade devices now. Although I did this, waited for calibration, and still don’t get XP playing on public.
