Summary
Hello Epic Team and Community,
We are experiencing a game-breaking matchmaking issue with our published map, “Be a Lucky Block” (Island Code: 5411-7437-8900).
For the past few days, players trying to connect to our island from the Europe (EU) region are completely unable to join. They are immediately kicked out with a “Network Connection Lost” message and the following error code:
(errors.com.epicgames.common.processing)
(I have attached a screenshot of the error from a player’s perspective).
Important details for debugging:
Region Specific: Matchmaking works perfectly fine on NA, Asia, Middle East, and all other regions. The issue is strictly happening on EU servers.
Map Specific: These same EU players can join other UEFN/Creative maps on the EU region without any issues. The problem is isolated to our specific map.
We have not made any recent updates that should trigger regional server crashes. This is heavily impacting our active player base and revenue.
Has anyone else experienced an isolated regional matchmaking bug like this? Is there an internal investigation we can escalate this to?
Thank you,
Frostbyte Maps

Additional Notes
This seems to be an isolated server allocation issue for our specific map on the EU data centers. We haven’t pushed any new updates that would trigger this regional crash. It has been ongoing for several days and is severely impacting our EU player base and map traffic. Any help escalating this would be highly appreciated.
