Critical - Sequences that are instigated will not play for two players simulateneously

Summary

When you place a cinematic sequence device that is set to play for the instigated player only, if another player triggers it while its playing, nothing will happen.

Half of the reason we need an instigated sequence is that all players can trigger it on their own time, without affecting others

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Place a cinematic sequence device and link it to a level sequence (make a camera move for example, doesn’t matter)
  2. Set it to play to the instigated player
  3. Place a button to trigger the cin sequence
  4. On a party of two, have player 1 press the button
  5. While it plays for player 1 have player 2 press the button

Expected Result

Sequence plays for both players, from the moment each presses the button. They see the same thing, on their own times

Observed Result

Player A sees the cinematic, player B sees nothing

Please Epic, I beg you. Now that we are getting custom UI, it’s absurd that we need to make a new device for every parameter AND ALSO a new pack of devices for every player. :sob: :sob: :sob:
