Critical - Sequences that are affected by world streaming are corrupted after last update.

Summary

I tested this on 2 maps to be sure, but when you have a sequence that will play on an area that doesn’t render at start of the game, the actor that is moving will not work correctly. There will be jittering of the player if they stand on it, or “keep state” won’t work (even if set inside the sequencer too). This prevents us from animating ANYTHING that is outside the area the player spawns.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable world streaming
Go far away and animate a car to move forward.
Place teleporters from that area to the center of the map where the spawn pads are.
Set cinematic sequencer to start when you teleport to the area
Test

Expected Result

Car moves forward when you teleport to the area

Observed Result

Car will jitter halfway to the movement, then reach the end of movement. Standing on it as a player will make you jitter and lose sight of surroundings.
Sometimes the car will also switch back to the start position and collision where the car would be is jittery, as if the car is there just not visually.

The status of FORT-822273 incident has been moved from ‘Needs Triage’ to ‘Needs More Info’.

We have been able to repro this and they are digging in.
