Hi. There is a bug with a small probability (over 2% chance) that player after dying does not spawn, he gets stuck in a black screen (respawning) and can not play. This is something that happens in all maps but is not reported because is a super small chance.
I search and this happend a lot ago in 2020. Reddit - Dive into anything

I just realiced that this is happening in ALL platforms, not only PC
This is so annoying! Please fix it asap. My maps are losing huge amounts of retention
I don’t understand how is possible there is not more people reporting this. It is literally happening in any project where a respawner is necessary. (Remember this has a small chance of happening)

I just found that is is happening when a player spawns in spanwer with a Damage Volume on it, causing the player to get stuck in this black screen forever
