[CRITICAL] Meshes Shift When a Session is Launched - Do not Reflect What's Being Viewed in Unreal Editor

Summary

When you launch a session to view your build aside from the Unreal Editor, some of the meshes shift in various directions. This does not reflect the build that was done in the Unreal Editor. I also noticed that items that were checked out by someone else, is easily movable while live in session by another member.

Steps to Reproduce

Start a build in Unreal Editor. Once complete, save, check in changes, launch a session. When in the live session go to your build to view.

Expected Result

Build placement in live session should match what’s inside of Unreal Editor

Observed Result

Build placement shifts, even after attempting to correct it in the live session, and recorrecting it in the Unreal Editor.
