We tried to launch a project using this node in today’s patch and the node is now Disallowed + Replaced with “MaterialX Append3”.
The Node is also not available in the Material Function Call.
This node is necessary for many effects.

Replying because I can’t Edit for some reason, I’m aware we can use “AppendMany” as it works the same, but this isn’t viable for projects already using the previously mentioned node.
Sadly have the same issue across some projects where we use this.
+1 , seems the Append 3 node is gone from the engine entirely. This will break all existing UEFN maps that use it

Hey so I fixed this in one of my maps!
If you add a material function you can select the “Append Many” node, which lets you append up to 4 inputs. You can then drag out of the RGB output.
We’re aware, but it’s quite a hassle having to replace all of them.
There should be a built in function called make float 3, 2 append nodes also work r and g into one and then that result and b into the other will do the trick
Still quite annoying they remove a node that’s been around since I can remember. Doesn’t even make sense to remove it. Simply achieved nothing other than breaking 1000’s of shaders
I know there’s alternatives, but we don’t have the time to go fix every node they remove patch after patch.
