Video
Here is a video clearly showing the matchmaking error when trying to join our sessions. This is happening across multiple healthy maps: https://youtu.be/oNhvo2T0F4A
I Hope this helps the engineering team investigate!
Additional Notes
These maps have zero policy violations and zero active sanctions. We have checked all Verse scripts and project settings, and everything is optimized. This appears to be a backend matchmaking failure specifically affecting our studio’s projects in the EU and other regions. This is currently causing a massive loss in revenue and player momentum. We need a manual review by an engineering lead.
