Summary
As of v39.10, Lumen no longer functions as intended when using the Chapter 5 Day Night Cycle / TODM - it does not automatically adjust lighting brightness when entering/exiting dark spaces. This is a very critical issue.

Steps to Reproduce
- In World Settings, set “World Time Of Day Manager” to "Day Night Cycle - Chapter 5
- Set your viewport scalability preset to “high”
- Create a 2x2 building with a roof and windows
- Enter the building
Expected Result
The lighting should automatically adjust brightness to make it easier to see indoors
Observed Result
The lighting does NOT adjust automatically, making it EXTREMELY dark, even with light sources.

Additional Notes
Placing down the “LumenExposureManager” blueprint is NOT a valid workaround for this issue, as it completely breaks the lighting and makes everything EXTREMELY washed-out both with and without Lumen enabled.
