Quite a few of us are in the same situation. I havenā€™t seen it officially said anywhere, but all the signs are pointing to Epic not allowing un-monetized creators to publish.

I tried to join up to the creator program to publish my map, but it says you have to have played fn within the past 90 days and 21 of those days you have to have been on uefn or creative mode

Itā€™s been 4 days and we still donā€™t have an answer. The really frustrating thing is that until we are sure that after 21 days we will be able to publish our maps, we will not be able to continue with our projects given such uncertainty, since there is not even any information indicating that this problem when publishing islands is due to not having 21 days in Unreal Engine.

The problem publishing islands is widespread, even with people who have map creator code.

Epic, hurry up please!

Hi, I am in the Island Creator Program and when i try to publish to public its says ā€œfailedā€ Content review release failed, and i canā€™t publish my island bc of this. Iā€™m pretty sure Iā€™m not doing anything wrong and Iā€™ve read all the rules and tried everything and it didnā€™t work. i spent in this island two weeks of hard work (+120h). if you can help its would be amazing.

Same for me. I have a creator code and am in the creator program but my map keeps being rejected. It follows all rules and guidelines. Hoping to hear any kind of update about this soon.

yea nobody can help i literally contacted creator support and they referred me to player support and they said there was nothing they could do about it and they didnā€™t have the tools to help and sent me here hoping to get some help. They need to improve their creator support and really give them access to help because you canā€™t get help like that.

same problem here. I already have a creator code and wanted to take part in the island program but I cant enroll although I already have the 7 days in the last 30 days. And the support also does not answer (waiting since 6 days).
