Summary
The Appeals System is critically broken, preventing me from appealing my current map rejection (ID: 9376-5016-1517). The Appeals page incorrectly displays the sanction ID of an old map (8963-2003-7161). I have wasted significant time due to this bug and have been left helpless because Support refused to escalate this technical system failure, denying me the ability to publish my map.

Your Input:

Submit new map release (ID: 9376-5016-1517).

Receive rejection notice (which occurred on Oct 21, 2025).

Navigate to the “My Sanctions and Appeals” page in the Creator Portal.

Observe that the system only displays the sanction for the old map (ID: 8963-2003-7161) as “Active”.

It is impossible to click “Appeal” on the correct, newest map rejection (9376-5016-1517) due to this incorrect data link.
Expected Result
The system should correctly display the sanction ID for my latest map release (ID: 9376-5016-1517) on the Appeals page. A developer or specialist should manually apply the appeal I previously provided to the correct rejection for release 9376-5016-1517 to proceed with the human content review.
Observed Result
The Appeals page only displays the sanction for the old map (ID: 8963-2003-7161). The system fails to display the correct sanction ID for the latest rejected release (ID: 9376-5016-1517). Furthermore, I cannot use the “Search for Sanction” box because the 32-character Sanction ID for the new rejection was never provided to me.

I am a serious creator who has invested weeks of development time into this map. The content is fully compliant. Support repeatedly refused to escalate this critical technical bug (Sanction ID mismatch), which is why this report is being filed here. I urgently need this bug report to immediately trigger a manual review and approval of Island ID 9376-5016-1517.
