Does this happen with all audio on Switch? Audio of a particular duration? Are you using the Audio Player Device or Audio tracks in the Sequencer?
I think it happens when an audio track is large. The music is 5 mins long (max filesize it can be) and regardless of whether its on an audio player device or a radio device, it still sounds the same.
We’ve looked into this in our side and we were able to confirm some choppiness, but not the amount seen in your video. Do you mind trying to re-import that asset with the latest UEFN release to see if that improves anything?
In my level, any audio causes it, so it’s not the file but the amount of project complexity. Did you test on a 50+% project size and with 70k + memory on the FN props where the player is standing? That should help
Bumping this cause it has more information than the other post I made about the issue
Thanks again @Wertandrew for reporting this and the additional details. We were able to reproduce this on our end and have made a fix for this issue . It will be coming in a future release.
Hi @GraceYen, do you know if the fix for this issue has ever been released? I’m currently on version 5.4.3 and it seems to still be present
Hi @GraceYen, also I noticed this issue is still on 5.4.3, do you have any new? How can I fix this issue by my side?
This doesnt happen to me anymore. If you are allowed to, can you upload the file that causes the issue? If not, try to break the audio file into two files, and connect them within the audio cue and see if that fixes it.
