You agree to place the following notices in the credits for any Product (replacing xxxx with the current year):
“[Product name] uses the Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere”
“Unreal® Engine, Copyright 1998 – xxxx, Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved.”
I’m not a lawyer, but my interpretation is, it could be opening credits, ending credits, or credits within a menu. There’s no definition or restriction on the word “credits” within the EULA.
Thank you ZacD, that makes sense. I was planning on putting the UULA into the credits after the player finishes the game. Trying to keep the menu clean with the least amount of buttons possible.
