Summary
Since version 29.40, the creature spawners on my island have been functioning strangely. I have two sets of creature spawners. I managed to get the first set to start spawning again by moving their position slightly upwards. However, my second set, which has nearly identical settings but is scaled and placed at a higher point on the map, no longer spawns creatures. When I place the second set of spawners where the first set is, they do spawn. However, when I put them back to their original position where they previously worked, they no longer spawn zombies.

These are one of the settings from a spawner form my second set of spawners.

Expected Result
What should happen, and what previously did happen in older versions, was that the zombies would spawn according to the settings of the device.
Observed Result
Now, they no longer spawn. However, if I move this spawner to a lower altitude where my other spawners are, they seem to work fine.

Additional Notes
The provided island code is private. There is one big spawner next to where you spawn, which is one of the spawners from the second set. This proves that it works on lower ground. If you want to see the others, run to the edge of the map, past the smaller spawners, and into the forest. There you should encounter the rest of the second set.
