Creature Spawner often spawns 'Bugged' creatures on the locations of past dying creatures

Bugged Creatures appearing on the death positions of past Creatures using a Creature Spawner. Works with small amount of creatures, max creatures, multiple spawners, single spawners, etc.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use a Creature Spawner
  2. Kill Creatures
  3. “Fake”/“Bugged” Creatures will start spawning on positions and then vanish after a second or so

Expected Result

No Bugged creatures appear, spawner simply spawns - creatures that die can die, creatures that get spawned don’t spawn glitchy.

Observed Result

Bugged creatures appear on the death locations of past creatures

Note. not my video but demonstrates exactly what I am experiencing

One picture here that indicates a bunch of them standing around, they vanish into thin air after like a second or 2-3-4, kinda randomly.

Just to ensure this is said too, I have debugged navmesh, I use the standard test map with nothing on it
