Creature Respawn after beeing killed by DamageVolume and than disappear again

Summary

I have a DamageVolume which is moving around in my scene. When a creature is being hit and killed, the creature is reappearing at the place it died and than disappear again after a few seconds.

I tried to use Hide(), TeleportTo() to a different location and Despawn() on the creature or its spawn decive after it has been eliminated, but nothing seems to solve it. The creatures will still reappear for a moment at the place they died.

Steps to Reproduce

A moving DamageVolume is damaging and killing a Creature.

Expected Result

Once the creature is dead it should not reappear.

Observed Result

The killed Creature is reappearing for a few senconds after beeing killed by a DamageVolume at the spot it died
